Bagrian is a village in Bhulath Tehsil in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from Bhulath, 28 kilometres (17 mi) away from district headquarter Kapurthala. The village is administrated by a Sarpanch, who is an elected representative.

Demography

According to the report published by Census India in 2011,Bagrian has 240 houses with the total population of 1,205 persons of which 600 are male and 605 females. Literacy rate of Bagrian is 77.01%, higher than the state average of 75.84%. The population of children in the age group 0–6 years is 109 which is 9.05% of the total population.
