Huang Oudong (Chinese: 黄欧东) (September 14, 1905 – November 28, 1993) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Yongfeng County, Jiangxi Province. He was Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary (1954–1958), Governor (1958–1967) and twice Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Chairman (1955–1959, 1977–1980) of Liaoning. He was also mayor of Shenyang.
