Kinnon Ray Tatum II (born July 19, 1975) is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for two seasons with the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Panthers in the third round of the 1997 NFL draft. He played college football at the University of Notre Dame and attended Douglas Byrd High School in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He was also a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
