Lal Mohan Gupta is an Indian politician, currently serving as a member of the Bihar Legislative Council since 2024. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Early life
Gupta was born to Ram Prasad in 1961 in Munger, Bihar.
Education
During his early years, Gupta studied under BSEB curriculum. After his matriculation exams in 1978, he studied law at Bhagalpur University and graduated from the same university with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1992.
