Louis Nerval Kébreau (born November 8, 1938, in Jérémie) is a Haitian clergyman who was bishop for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hinche and archbishop for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Cap-Haïtien. He was ordained as a priest in 1974, before being appointed bishop of Hinche in 1998, and archbishop of Cap-Haïtien in 2008. He retired in 2014.
