Milton is an electoral ward of Southend-on-Sea, in the ceremonial county of Essex, England, covering the seafront area west of Southend town centre and the eastern side of the inner city area of Westcliff-on-Sea. It is represented by three local government councillors, each elected to serve a four-year term. The ward borders Chalkwell, Kursaal and Victoria and the Castle Point ward of Canvey Island East. In 2021 it had a population of 11,692.
Boundaries
The wards boundaries are the seafront in the south, the Queensway ring road in the east, Valkyrie Road in the west and London Road in the north.

The ward is defined by the seafront and urban areas it covers, the area covers parts of Westcliff and southend town centre. While covering a large part of the less active part of Southend Seafront.

History
Milton was a ward of the county borough of Southend-on-Sea. In 1976 it was reformed and again in 2000.
