Paraflabellina is a genus of sea slugs, aeolid nudibranchs, marine gastropod mollusks in the family Flabellinidae.

There are four species within the genus Paraflabellina:

- Paraflabellina gabinierei (Vicente, 1975)
- Paraflabellina ischitana (Hirano & Thompson, 1990)
