Terpinolene synthase (EC 4.2.3.113, ag9, PmeTPS2, LaLIMS_RR) is an enzyme with systematic namegeranyl-diphosphate diphosphate-lyase (cyclizing, terpinolene-forming). This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
