Valjunquera (Spanish: [balxuŋˈkeɾa]) or Valljunquera (Catalan: [ˌbaʎʒuŋˈkeɾa]) is a municipality located in the Matarraña/Matarranya comarca, province of Teruel, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality has a population of 420 inhabitants.
