Admittedly, this is "original research" (and I've never described it in a publication), so it may be unacceptable under Misplaced Pages guidelines, but on the other hand it may be useful and is easily validated experimentally. undo

  • curprev 07:3107:31, 20 April 2022 Pluhrs talk contribs m 48,693 bytes +14 The original wording "Most people with normal binocular vision can see..." implies that most people can naturally see the effect of an autostereogram without practice, even though it then goes on to clarify that most people are physiologically capable of it, but only with practice. Because it is clarified, this is a very minor edit, but the dissonance between the implication and the actual point is unnecessary and easily fixed. undo Tag: Visual edit
