Ricardo Brown talk contribs 65,600 bytes −88 Removed the erroneous statement "Cuvier interpreted her remains, in accordance with his Darwinist interpretation of evolution" is not cited and is in fact a serious error. Darwin and Cuvier had very different views on the fixity of species, gradual change vs catastrophe, slaver and race, etc. As is noted in the talk, Darwin comes decades after Cuvier and is in part a reaction against Cuvier's understanding of evolution. The phrase is misleading and not cited. undo Tag: Visual edit
