Indian philosophy already attributes Yoga as Theist- believing in God and also authority of vedas. This is documented in Bhagwad Gita. Introducing confusion into the discussion detracts from the topic. Buddh and Jain perspective is very clear that they are not theist - ie do not believe in God and also they do not believe in authority of vedas.
