Fair use rationale for Image:Brandyeverythingido.jpg

Image:Brandyeverythingido.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Misplaced Pages articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Misplaced Pages:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Misplaced Pages policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 17:54, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:The Boy Is Mine.jpg

The image Image:The Boy Is Mine.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Misplaced Pages:Media copyright questions. --08:32, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

Sources on Sales discussion

Please discuss the sources on the album sales here before reverting. Karst (talk) 14:36, 17 December 2016 (UTC)

Why those are not reliable sources? I just used an article of Yahoo. There's a lot of webarchive of news and articles used in Misplaced Pages. Like these two on Janet Jackson's The Velvet Rope (1 2), Madonna's Bedtime Stories (1 2) and many more. Just for example this article about BMG Music Clubs it is used in many Misplaced Pages pages. --PassenzaT (talk) 04:38, 19 December 2016 (UTC)

Certifications

hey I added the correct links to the certifications I added links from the regions actual music website that certify albums, that archived article that was used as a source for the certifications was bogus it stated that the album was certified in certain regions and when I went to the region music website to search for the certifications nothing pops up for example that archived source states that never say never is certified in Germany but when I went to the Germany music website known as Musikindustrie i typed in brandy and the only thing that she has certified in germany is two singles ( the boy is mine & another day in paradise) never say never isn't certified there Instead of using that Archived yahoo article as a source for certifications how about we use the sources regarding certifications that are provided by the all of the regions musical website on their certification section of the websites OkIGetIt20 (talk) 22:38, 1 July 2017 (UTC)OkIGetIt20
