Ali banu sistani, you must immediately cease from speculating about other editors' motivations —especially about them being paid for editing!— including their national origins or political allegiances. Negative, Ali banu sistani. As I made clear to you above, even making that as a speculation, an "alternative," or otherwise hinting about it in any way whatsoever is strictly prohibited. On Misplaced Pages we consider that harassment. You need a detailed, comprehensive and coherent report, one which includes diff-evidence, to even ask for an investigation about that (which I highly doubt you'd be able to provide).
