LoC ISBN search.

Greetings! I saw your name on the talk page for the {{LCCN}} template. I'm wondering if a similar template can be made to search LC by ISBN. Any ideas? Cheers, Pegship 03:31, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

!Human Rights Day - update for 2006

Re : . Sorry for my limited abilities in english. You kept references to events and statements that all date back from 2004. I feel my updating is appropriate. -- XavierV 07:59, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

XavierV2 deleted previous events again. So, front page like article with only the latest info it is. -- Jeandré, 2006-12-10t08:37z
Here is what I really changed I agree we should include other references to what is going today, for instance with Amnesty. But I am not as fluent in english as required. -- XavierV 08:48, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

OTRS intro.

Hi - I've replied on the OTRS page, but if there's a backlog, I'm happy to start now (/me can multitask :)). Thanks, Martinp23 20:24, 17 December 2006 (UTC)

OK, thanks - I've added the channel to my autojoin, so I'll be in there whenever I'm online. Thanks, Martinp23 21:20, 17 December 2006 (UTC) And I'll be sure to do that homework :)

Disappearing text.

Hi, I have added some info on the article Bharatanatyam. However, I do not see it anymore. However, when I go to the edit page, I see it there. Also, when editing, and clicking on Show preview, it does not show the whole article. Can you help me? Here is the paragraph that I am talking about:

Surviving texts of the golden age of Tamil literature and poetry known during the Sangam Age such as the Tolkappiyam, as well as the later Silappadikaram, testify to a variety of dance traditions which flourished in these times. The latter work is of particular importance, since one of its main characters, the courtesan Madhavi, is a highly accomplished dancer. The Silappadikaram is a mine of information of ancient Tamil culture and society, in which the arts of music and dance were highly developed and played a major role. Colombian murder rates 2004/2005.

Re

Thanks for your message, I've made a few edits in response. The 44.62 figure appears on page 4 of the CCR2005. The UN document does not cite it (unlike the 2005 number, which it explicitly does), but it includes a graph on page 18 that places it within the same rough range. I've also added a link to another source pointing to a 44.X figure for 2004 (it mentions both 44.7 and 44.2), but it's a less authoritative one than either the CNP or the UN (though part of the FS&D team worked on the UN study and is credited as such). I do agree with adding a 2005 column, if possible. As for the decade tables, either way is perfectly valid, but perhaps having the table with the latest overall information at the top might indeed make the list more user friendly, so to speak. You're almost there. You are missing an answer, and one other answer is not what I was thinking of but I'll give it to you anyway. That is, if you get question three. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Goyston (talkcontribs) 2006-12-27t19:42:58z (UTC)

Default sort.

Re

Hello. You edited the Gus Grissom article after I did. I returned to that article today to re-read something in Gus's history and discovered you had used the default sort template. I've never seen it before, I think it is way too cool, and most useful. I'd like to start using it on the pages I edit. Are there any rules or restrictions I should know about? Thanks so much!
