Monopoly City Streets players start out with $3 million virtual dollars and are able purchase real world properties including hotels, houses, football stadiums, castles and skyscrapers. Prices of real estate depend on the location.

Players can buy, sell, and negotiate prices between other players. They are randomly given Monopoly Chance Cards to sabotage other players by building Hazards on their streets. Bonus buildings, such as parks, schools, water towers and wind farms can be built.
