Hm. OK, I have a couple of concerns here. The first is that, for a variety of reasons, i'm underwhelmed with the mediation process in general. The second is that my issues with you are fairly broad, and I'm uncomfortable with the idea of putting myself in a position to mediate in that case, as I feel like I would be acting as a representative for the community at large, rather than on behalf of my own concerns alone.
