Our blessed one, until now, is Nhá Chica, daughter of slaves. Soon we will have father Miguel Afonso de Andrade Leite, too, as a blessed. Blessed Francisco de Paula Victor, Afro-Brazilian, was from a nearby (120 miles) town.
