They span the eastern part of ] as well as the western part of ], thus forming the border between the two provinces. In Cyrodiil, the mountain range is called the Valus Mountains, however, this is basically the same mountain range. There are some roads that go through these mountains but most travel is done on rivers or through the ], another province of ], which lies southeast of Cyrodiil and south of Morrowind.
