I need to cite with external to reports created for us gov strutures? they are on our servers

- You mean linking to external pages? This is quite simple. Type in the URL like so, http://www.example.org and a link will be formed. To contract it, add square brackets, like so , and to add a title, type it into the square brackets with a space after the URL, like so: example link.
- Using this in references is almost as simple, just add <ref></ref> ref tags around it, and at the bottom of the page place:
