Before the May 22 2015, Enclava was situated on an unclaimed parcel of land strip at the Croatia–Slovenia border. During a visit to Slovenia in April 2015, Piotr Wawrzynkiewicz and his friends learnt from locals that there was an ] at the Croatia–Slovenia border near the Slovenian village of ], some 50 kilometres (30 miles) west of Croatia’s capital ]. ==Territory at Croatia–Serbia border== |

In May 2015, the Slovenian Foreign Ministry said that the territory was Slovenian and that the determination of land borders between Slovenia and Croatian should take place in the court of arbitration.<ref> 22 May 2015.
