== Request for images related to last weekend’s atmospheric river ==
Hi all, I've boldly updated your project's peer review page (]) by updating the instructions and archiving old reviews.
Hello all, | |||
The new instructions use Misplaced Pages's general peer review process (]) to list peer reviews. Your project's reviews are still able to be listed on your local page too.
I have been working on ] and am seeking pictures from the October 18-20 atmospheric river to be uploaded to Commons for inclusion in the article. All pictures are welcome, including flooding and landslides but also general rain pictures.
The benefits of this change is that review requests will get seen by a wider audience and are likely to be attended to in a more timely way (many WikiProject peer reviews remain unanswered after years). The Misplaced Pages peer review process is also more maintained than most WikiProjects, and this may help save time for your active members.
I created at Commons for this event and posted a similar request to ] as well as one to ] for satellite imagery.
I've done this boldly as it seems your peer review page is pretty inactive and I am working through around 90 such similar peer review pages. Please feel free to discuss below - please ping me ({{tlp|u|2=Tom (LT)}}) in your response.

Discussion at Misplaced Pages:Content assessment
You are invited to join the discussion at Misplaced Pages talk:Content assessment#Proposal: Reclassification of Current & Future-Classes as time parameter, which is within the scope of this WikiProject. This WikiProject received this message because it currently uses "Current" and/or "Future" class(es). There is a proposal to split these two article "classes" into a new parameter "time", in order to standardise article-rating across Misplaced Pages (per RfC), while also allowing simultaneous usage of quality criteria and time for interest projects. Thanks! —CX Zoom 07:17, 2 July 2023 (UTC)

Request for images related to last weekend’s atmospheric river
Hello all,
I have been working on 2024 British Columbia floods and am seeking pictures from the October 18-20 atmospheric river to be uploaded to Commons for inclusion in the article. All pictures are welcome, including flooding and landslides but also general rain pictures.
I created Category:2024 British Columbia floods at Commons for this event and posted a similar request to Misplaced Pages:WikiProject British Columbia as well as one to Misplaced Pages:WikiProject Weather for satellite imagery.
Thank you. DJ Cane (he/him) (Talk) 00:13, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
