We made this wikipage to record part of the history of newly emerging contemporary art of Iran. | My name is Jonathan Obar ], I'm a professor in the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at Michigan State University and a Teaching Fellow with the Wikimedia Foundation's Education Program. This semester I've been running a little experiment at MSU, a class where we teach students about becoming Misplaced Pages administrators. Not a lot is known about your community, and our students (who are fascinated by wiki-culture by the way!) want to learn how you do what you do, and why you do it. A while back I proposed this idea (the class) to the community ], were it was met mainly with positive feedback. Anyhow, I'd like my students to speak with a few administrators to get a sense of admin experiences, training, motivations, likes, dislikes, etc. We were wondering if you'd be interested in speaking with one of our students. | |||

| * Interviews will last between 15 and 30 minutes. | |||
| * Interviews can be conducted over skype (preferred), IRC or email. (You choose the form of communication based upon your comfort level, time, etc.) | |||
| * All interviews will be completely anonymous, meaning that you (real name and/or pseudonym) will never be identified in any of our materials, unless you give the interviewer permission to do so. | |||
| * All interviews will be completely voluntary. You are under no obligation to say yes to an interview, and can say no and stop or leave the interview at any time. | |||
| * The entire interview process is being overseen by MSU's institutional review board (ethics review). This means that all questions have been approved by the university and all students have been trained how to conduct interviews ethically and properly. | |||

However, Snyder is a figure pervasively well-known in western Pennsylvania, western Virginia, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio, and he has been for decades-- it's hard to overstate his stature. I say this as someone with no connection to the man or his firm. His name-recognition and visibility far surpasses that of (for example) most local and state-level politicians in the region. He is also commonly invited as a keynote speaker by various regional organizations. Isn't the Vietnamese dynasty more consistent with the towns rather than the Chicago math professor? It is also out of line with ], or at least was - ] ] was unilaterally moved without discussion on 20 & 23 July 2011. The majority however are still with full dynasty names. Why did you remove my external links?
If you've come here because you want to know why I removed some external links you've added, please read Misplaced Pages's policies on spam, Misplaced Pages external link guidelines and conflict-of-interest first. Because of Misplaced Pages's popularity, it has become a target for folks looking to promote their sites, which is against Misplaced Pages policies. If you read WP:SPAM and still feel that your link(s) does not violate those policies, let me know.
One common argument I hear is But so-and-so link is on that article, and it's commercial! WP:EL doesn't explicitly forbid In links to commercial sites; it depends on the notability of the link, its content, and if it's a reference or a notable pro/con argument on a controversial subject, etc. On the other hand, I think that many Wikipedians would agree that there are way too many commercial links at present time, so feel free to "prune away" if the link doesn't meet guidelines in WP:EL. Incidentally, if you've come here to complain that I've deleted links to your blog (especially a blog with advertising), don't bother. You'll have to find free advertising somewhere else. A good Google search will reveal plenty of places for that sort of thing.

- This is...upsetting to read, to say the least. Anthony Bradbury was my RfA nominator almost 17 years ago. He and I messaged over the years and I have him on Facebook.
