Grand Trunk Western 5632 was constructed by the ] in 1929 and it was delivered to the ] that same year in 1929.<ref name="Drury2015p93" /> 5632 was the first member of the class K-4b being numbered 5632-5634. The K-4b locomotives were copies of the ] ], with the only difference between the K-4b and the ]'s previous 4-6-2s known to be the class K-4a, was that the K-4a locomotives were built by the ] (ALCO), but the K-4b locomotives were built by the ] and had an all-weather ].<ref name="Drury2015p93" /> |
