	As with Quaker's arguably most famous cereal, Cap'n Crunch, there have indeed been issues concerning the texture and "sharpness" of the cereal pieces when eaten before they have had a chance to be softened by milk. Cereal expert Prof. Dr. Nathaniel Guzik made special mention of this concern in his acclaimed studies on cereal sogginess, giving them the highest "milk-resistance rating" of all commercial brand cereal at 8/10. With such a rating, Dr. Guzik recommends waiting at least 3–5 minutes (at average room temperature or lower) before eating a bowl of Oh's, during which they will be sufficiently softened but by no means soggy.

Honey Ohs! (previously Oh's!, Ohs, or Honey Graham Ohs) is a breakfast cereal made by Post Cereals, but originally introduced by the Quaker Oats Company.

The original Oh's! cereal was introduced in 1980 by the Quaker Oats Company and came in two varieties: Crunchy Graham and Honey Nut. In 1988, they were renamed Honey Graham and Crunchy Nut, respectively. Eventually, Crunchy Nut was discontinued and only Honey Graham was available.

In 1989, Quaker introduced a variety of flavors, including Apple Cinnamon Ohs, Apple Ohs, and Fruitangy Ohs.

In August 2014, the brand was sold to Post Foods.

In early 2018, Post reformulated the cereal as "Honey Ohs" (with no apostrophe) along with a box redesign. The new formulation no longer contains graham flour, coconut oil, brown sugar, oats, and other original ingredients.
