== First year as active == |

If you look at different Misplaced Pages language versions of this article, his years as active is listed differently on different Misplaced Pages languagues. In this article it says his first year as active was 1942. In the article I find only info of him being active first in 1943. It would be nice with clear info and source why he is written as first active in 1942. This could then also be used on other B.B. King articles on different languages of Misplaced Pages. ] (]) 17:16, 28 February 2023 (UTC) |

Is B.B. King an exception? My favorite reference work (]'s ''Penguin Encyclopedia of Popular Music'') thinks not, but "B.B." seems rusted on in Misplaced Pages. I'd '''boldly''' change it, but would then feel obliged to change all incoming links, and may not live that long. ] (]) 23:04, 5 September 2023 (UTC) |
