It would be great if each wikiproject started maintaining its own sources table (so they don't have to reach consensus with the entire wiki on RSP, and could include sources only of local interest to their topic; e.g. "any domain used in more than a dozen citations in this category"). Figuring out how to inherit ratings seems a fine problem to have.
