| : Yes - it was actually a press release snapshot photograph from an NIH function. It appears that NIH has deleted the source ohot from its site. The award was part of an otherwise very busy picture, but the shot was head-on so I could cut out all the extraneous people, etc. To cover some of the jagged lines from the edit, I added a drop shadow - which look as if it has been badly cropped by some other Wiki editor. - ] 16:06, 1 July 2007 (UTC) | |||

| ::: I do know the original URL: http://www.nidcr.nih.gov/NR/rdonlyres/F52F097F-B37C-4B74-80FB-8321BDA72953/0/student2.jpg - the "NR" behind yjr ".gov/" is for news releases. But it appears they redesigned the site when they added RSS fees a few months ago. I do not remember the year, but it was more than 2 years ago. Once that happened, the obvious nature of its "public domain"-ness disappeared and then it was nominated for deletion. - ] 20:40, 1 July 2007 (UTC) | |||
