Sydney Comets is an Australian men's basketball club based in Sydney, Australia. The Comets play in the NBL1 East conference within the Australian NBL1. The team is coached by Lachlan Lonergan.

History

Originally playing in the Waratah League, the Comets men's team were champions in the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2015 seasons. The Comets women's team were champions in the 2008 season.

For the 2023 season it was announced that the Comets would be joining NBL1 East as an expansion club.
