Diana Monserrat Vicezar Torres (born 2001) is a Paraguayan digital entrepreneur and community activist, who is the first person from their country to hold an internship at Meta. Career

In 2017, aged 16, Vicezar established Mymba Rayhu, a community-based organisation designed to tackle elements of the sustainability and animal welfare. Paraguay has a large issue with abandoned dogs, as well as plastic pollution, so Vicezar established Mymba Rayhu to build shelter for these free-ranging dogs using wholly recycled materials, especially plastics. By 2019 it had three international chapters.

Vicezar established Mapis an online career platform, whilst she was a student at Pitzer College. The platform aimed to support international students to access career opportunities in the United States of America. Its beta-version launched in 2022, and Vicezar featured in Forbes as a result. The same year she became the first Paraguayan to work as an intern at Meta. In 2023, whilst studying at University College Cork, Vicezar launched the podcast 'La Sociedad', whilst is the first podcast to record and share the experiences of Hispanic and Latin-American students in Ireland.

In 2021 she represented Paraguay at the #Youth4Climate conference.
