It is typically a flour tortilla stuffed with carne asada, salsa fresca, french fries, cheese, and sour cream. There is some debate whether sour cream or guacamole is in the "real" California burrito. The burrito itself, is similar to a typical "Carne Asada Fries" dish which consists of the same ingredients without being rolled into a burrito.
