Anime Detour is an anime convention held at Bloomington, Minnesota in the United States. Anime Detour takes place near the end of March, and draws its name from a midwest joke (There are two seasons in Minnesota, winter and road construction season).

Programming

Anime Detour's programing is common with those of other anime conventions. Typical events including anime music video contests, anime screenings, video games, cosplay, dealers' room, and dances. Anime Detour also holds an auction to benefit the American Red Cross.
