Delete There's just not enough out there. His mention in an article on the saudi aramco site is the only thing that's even close to reliable. Part of me thinks, "maybe if I read arabic I'd be able to find more" but it looks like he doesn't have a page on arabic wikipedia, and there's simply no real assertion to notability deserving of a wikipedia article in the sites linked on the page.
