Labour India Publications Ltd. is an educational publisher in Marangattupilly, Kottayam, Kerala, India. They publish educational monthly journals in three languages, ranging from the pre-primary level to Plus Two level and the entrance exams. It publishes textbooks, educational journals, etc.

History

Labour India Publications Ltd. was founded by V. J George Kulangara (1983) and was listed as public limited in 1996. Its renovated educational research center was inaugurated by K R Narayanan, former president of India. Santhosh George Kulangara is the present managing director of the group; he is set to be the first Indian space tourist.

Products

Labour India's publications are sold to CBSE and Kerala syllabus students; they are currently available to Malayalam, English Medium, and Tamil medium students. The company also publishes educational VCD’s, syllabus based Multimedia CD’s and DVD’s, General Knowledge books and CD’s including Quiz India series, English and Hindi grammar guides, etc.

Other establishments

Labour India Ltd. have other businesses: educational research, boarding schools, online education, Information Technology, tourism, and hospitality. Labour India Gurukulam Public School, International Gurukulam Schools, Bluefield International Academy in the US and College of Teacher Education are its establishments. The popular visual travelogue Sancharam is edited at Labour India's Multimedia studio.

The Labour India groups of companies are registered under Labour India Educational Society, Marangattupilly in Kottayam of Kerala.
