The Arbitration Committee has passed a motion amending the above case. The indefinite ban against {{userlinks|Tajik}} is lifted, and he is placed on an editing restriction. Tajik is limited to one revert per page per week (excepting obvious vandalism), and is required to discuss any content reversions on the page's talk page. | |||

The accusations against me and various other users have proved that Misplaced Pages's checkuser is not a credible system to detect sockpuppets. I am accused of being User:German-Orientalist and User:Tajik-Professor, while the same system confirms that these two Wikipedians are not the same person. If these two are not the same person, then how can I be both at the same time?!
Ironically, when I used my own IP - without hiding my real account - checkuser was not able to figure out that I was the one using the IP, and suggested that it is possible that the IP was me:
Since then, I have requested twice an unblock, I have written E-Mails to 7 different admins, and I tried to adress my problem on various talk pages. But most of my requests were ignored, intersetingly by the very same admins who told me to write E-Mails and ask for an unblock request (User:Thatcher131, User:Vassyana, User:Sandstein, User:Dmcdevit, and so forth).
I am a member of the Wikipedian Community since 2004. I have contributed to 5 good articles (including Babur, Persian literature, and Afghanistan) and to 3 featured articles (Pashtun people, Iranian peoples, Azerbaijani people). I have written the article Qizilbash, the most detailed free source of information about the Kizilbash available in the internet. I have also significantly worked on articles such as Timur, Timurids, Safavids, etc.
But it seems like Misplaced Pages is run by a few tyrants in the shape of certain admins, who ban whoever they want, inventing false accusations and allegations. And when the alleged suspect wants to defend himself, he is ignored or his IP is once again blocked.
Hopefully, one day, Misplaced Pages will become a credible source, free from silly boys somewhere behind their computer monitors, believing themselvs to be the source of all knowledge. And hopefully, one day Misplaced Pages will be taken care of by credible administrators who are not hypocrites and racists and who judge users by the work they have done for Misplaced Pages.
Before I go, I would like to recite a poem I recently read in the German Misplaced Pages:
Ein Frosch, in einen See gehupft,
ward von nem Storch herausgelupft.
Da quakte laut der Frösche Schar
und gratulierte lapidar:
„Vergiss es nie und niemals nicht,
du stirbst in einem Sinngedicht!“
This is my story ... good bye!

Misplaced Pages:Requests for arbitration/E104421-Tajik decided
The above named arbitration case, in which you were a party, has been decided. The Arbitration Committee endorses the current indefinite ban on Tajik, and also has banned him for one year should his indefinite ban be lifted.
You may view the full decision at the arbitration case page, as usual.
For the Arbitration Committee,

Replaceable fair use Image:Hammasa_np5_Kopie.gif
Thanks for uploading Image:Hammasa_np5_Kopie.gif. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Misplaced Pages articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 7 days after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Rettetast 16:12, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
