As a completely new editor with no substantive edit history, you should be made aware that prodding is only an option for articles you honestly think nobody could object to. Articles that were previously prodded (by other brand-new-at-the-time accounts for no reason, curiously enough) and deprodded do not count. Articles that have references which you remove and then claim there are no references don't count either. In fact, really, as a brand new user who obviously doesn't get how these things work, you should just not prod anything until you spend some time on Misplaced Pages learning the ropes. Or, if yo have been using multiple accounts, you should go back to your original one. ] (]) 17:14, 2 April 2009 (UTC) |

Please bear these points in mind while editing Misplaced Pages:
- Respect intellectual property rights - do not copy and paste text or images directly from other websites.
- Maintain a neutral point of view when editing articles - this is possibly the most important Misplaced Pages policy.
- If you are testing, please use the Sandbox to do so.
- Do not add troublesome content to any article, such as: copyrighted text, advertising or promotional messages, and text that is not related to an article's subject. Adding such information or otherwise editing articles maliciously is considered vandalism, doing so will result your account being blocked from editing.
The Misplaced Pages Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Misplaced Pages. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Prodding protocols
DreamGuy (talk) 17:14, 2 April 2009 (UTC)
