At the current moment, Remo has taken the Brisbane Boys' College First XI team under his coaching reign. To this point in time the team has secured 3 wins from 4 games, conceeding only three goals. Remo's enforcer tactics which allowed for him to play Champions League whilst in Switzerland, are evident in his near genius coaching techniques. With a potent formula of talent as his disposal, Remo(with the assistance of the great Greg Brown) looks likely to guide the college to their first premiership since 2004. Entailing such formations as the 3-5-2 formation, highlighting the young, enthusiactic talent of the midfield, Remo is after an all out attacking game where the midfielders feed star striker Alex Hocking who has provided a stunning 1 goal from 3 games. Star player Masa Myer is the heart and soul of Remo's new look squad which poses the question, was Masa given birth on a football field? Some critics say yes others say it is the ability of Remo to nurture his talent and let it loose come game day which is the fuel for Masa's all round ability. Implementations from team strength and conditioning coach Jake Elsworthy such as a 'never say die' attitude and a rigorous work ethic where the boys work hard, not to get fit and strong, but to get fit and strong as a team, has the team looking in good stead for the season proper. With Remo's high popularity amoungst the team, he looks destined for a long and flourishing career at the BBC.

== Young Talent ==

In an attempt to redefine the play of Brisbane Boys’ College football, Remo is preparing to unleash the destructive young attacking duo of Alex Nicoladies and Ross Archibald. With their football prowess evident from an early age, both boys were scooped up by the unrelenting claws of the Queensland Academy of Sport. Thus momentarily leaving their college football careers in jeopardy. Thankfully for the college football community, Ross with his boyish good looks and cheeky personality, and Alex who some might mistake for Socceroo’s striker Josh Kennedy, look set to take the GPS competition by storm. With the addition of plentiful female support in the stands, Ross and Alex appear to form the First XI nucleus for many years to follow. With Ross’s rep still on a glistening after his uproarious antics towards comical left-winger Dane Mcardle, there is much weight on this young man’s shoulders to continue to deliver the spectacles he has already thus provided. All of this alongside his goal scoring menace in crime, Alex Nicoladies.

== The Future ==

As the GPS season gets underway, only time will tell whether Remo Buess has what it takes to be in the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson and Rafael Benintez or whether he will turn to dissaray just like his mentor and hero Paul 'Baz' Macdonald. If Buess is successful this season with the BBC First XI windows of opportunities will open up. Rumor has it West Bromwich Albion and Middlesbrough are in talks with Buess to come to the rescue in their fight for survival in the worlds second toughest league behind GPS, the English Premier League. For now though Buess is content in nurtutring the talent of BBC and is looking forward to the challenge of achieveing a feat the great Scott Grice could only achieve once in his reign, GPS Premiers. His main drive for this victory is the half day the school will recieve at the end of the term.

== FIFA ==

Although only available in one editition (FIFA 04), Remo Buess was the pivotal player in the highest selling game in the world. With an controversial overall rating of only 72, Buess has been known to be a key buy in the transfer season. Young FIFA enthusiast Dane McArdle recollects offering $32,000,000 for the electrifying Left Back to lure him to former champions of Europe Liverpool. Speculation that in the upcoming FIFA, Remo will be available in manager mode with an automatic starting rating of 8, meaning he will be able to manage any team in the world. If Buess is successful this year with Brisbane Boys College word has it that they might an appearance in FIFA 2010 and will only be available with a manager rating of 10, with their overall market value at $798,000,000,000. We look forward to upcoming game from EA Sports.

== Transfer History ==

In a bold attempt to be crowned GPS Premiers, Remo Buess has looked elsewhere to find some young emerging talent. One young defender caught the eye of the former Zurich star and would later emerge to be one of the buys of the season. Mattew Lacey, a former Brisbane State High School First XI stater, agreed to be taken under the wing of Buess in order to take his game to the next level. Quite notable with the ladies ,Lacey has become a pivotal member of the BBC line up even making some bizarre moves into a defensive midfield role. With his amaizingly smooth legs and tonned biceps, Lacey has developed a reputation for his enjoyment to flaunt around in limited attire . The bold move across to BBC this year has casued more unrest amoungst other teams, as lacey has not the best reputation amoungst oposing teams already due to his foul on field play. We are hoping he will continue his rough efforts in the middle of the pitch this year for the mighty college! Rumors have it that Buess is looking to expand his scouting beyond the GPS system, and with more finds like Lacey, there is no doubt BBC will become an unstoppable force in years to come.

==Sir Alex Knocks on Door of BBC Stars==

One of the greatest managers of all time has taken note of some of the ability shown by the Buess inspired, BBC 1st XI. The signature of young gun midfielder, Masa Myer, has been sought after by numerous clubs but it is believed that currently the Red Devils are closest to gaining this young stars name on their books. However not to be outdown, grade 11 compatriot, and Liam "Rocket" Reddy like goalkeeper, Nathan Newcastle has been offered more than one trial with this famous football club. Reports have it that both of these young stars will trial with the club for a 3 week period, before management takes any further steps regarding contracts. While there is no doubting the ability of these two young stars, Sir Alex Ferguson has also noticed the 'hardman' like qualities of an intimidating left full-back, while his name cannot be released at this point in time, it is believed he is in a relationship with Aadarshini Abhilasha Indulekha the third. This booming right-footed defender always ensures his presence is known and was invited to a German training camp recently, and in due time he could be on the books of rather large clubs in europe, only time will tell.

==International Flavour==

With a Swiss background, Remo Buess is not the only foreign flavour who has been brought to the new look team. Classy midfielder Joe Halliday, heralding from the heartland of global football, England,has not hesitated in bringing his skills honed back home straight into the BBC line up. As a young lad, Joe Halliday grew up on the streets of Newcastle where he was forced to fend for himself, before he learnt how to walk. The economic recession then saw young Halliday find refuge with the round ball. As economic depression loomed on the horizon,Halliday could not afford to buy his own football, so instead he used his paper intended for school homework and wrapped it into a ball. A star had emerged. Night after night, Halliday could be seen in the crime ridden streets of Northern England kicking his paper football around using wheelie bins as goals and drunken hobo's as defenders. Then one day he recieved orders from Allan Shearer, to go to the river Thames where he lay in a basket amongst the reeds. A huge gust of wind pushed Halliday upstream and out into the huge ocean. This did not phase Halliday as he had with him his one prized possesion, his paper football. Night after night he would battle waves out in the ocean while clinging on for dear life to his football. One morning after a restless sleep Halliday awoke to see on his right a large field with a bill board that said 'Home of the Western Bulldogs'. In a state of pure shock Halliday lay scared and lonely where he was then picked up by the infamous bag man 'Ziggy'. "What are ya doing floating up this creek for son?" He looked around as tears nearly emerged from his innocent brown eyes, then he saw a sight that would change is life forever. A team of well drilled athletes kicking a ball around that was definently not made of paper. The thing that entrigued Halliday was this call of "backstick!" Then out of nowhere a man standing at 183cm, brown hair, beard and a peculiar accent approached him and said "Ive been expecting you Joe. You've taken too long to get here. Do 10 pushups then go and see Maza and he will show u the drill." Young Joe Halliday was living his dream, playing a real game of Football in a real team. This was a far cry from the streets of Newcastle and an opportunity Halliday has taken with both hands. A solid year is expected from the young star who is a notable with the ladies with his infamous leopard vest.

==Heartbreak==

As of the 4th of May, Remo's grand plans for undefeated inaugural season as first XI coach came to a standstill, with a frustrating loss to a Jeremy Griffin inspired Brisbane Grammar in the squads last trial match. The game started with potent striking weapon Alex Nicoladies somehow hurting his ankle, giving beefy left winger Dane Mcardle a chance to display his vast talent. The college still dominated the early stages of the game, but with some interesting tactics employed by Brisbane Grammar's tall timbers up front, keeper Nathan Newcastle was ultimately taken out resulting in a shot and unworthy goal. After the BBC defence was sent into disarray, Brisbane Grammar proceeded to inflict more pain with only their second shot goal, giving BGS an early 2-0 advantage. Never to be frightened off, mastermind Ross Archibald proceeded to fire up central midfield partner, Masa Myer. Masa then gracefully floated downfield into the depths of the Grammar defence, and with his female friend on the sidelinge acting as a catalyst, he produced an immacculate long range shot to put BBC back within striking distance. The resurgent BBC First XI sniffed a comeback on the cards, but after the contoversial benching of long throw specialist, Adam Carter, the team's brute force and attacking flair hit the floor faster then Fabio Grosso. Never to be deterred, the team was bolsted by the sideline commentary of 2nd XI magicians Aidan Shanley and Harry Therkelson. These intimidatingly jagged characters play pivotal roles in the success of Brisbane Boys' College's Premier team. Next week with the bye the team looks foward to facing a less than fancied Old Boys' team in the first round of GPS fixtures, but with the likes of Vonji Sonrasajoljanohuri in attack, Craig Moore like-defender Stuart Tweedale was heard quoting 'Looks like I'll be in for a tough afternoon at the office'.
