Welcome to Misplaced Pages. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Anterior cruciate ligament injury do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Misplaced Pages, as you did to Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Misplaced Pages is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Misplaced Pages uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you.Template:Do not delete Wuhwuzdat (talk) 16:56, 18 May 2009 (UTC)

Editing on Misplaced Pages is not intended to be used to promote anyone, or anything, and its use for that purpose will result in blocking of the account involved.

Please check that your new username has not already been taken here. --Orange Mike | Talk 16:59, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).SmokinCache (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I apologize for not reading all the rules first. I created aclcentral.com because I had trouble finding answers about my injury after it happened. aclcentral.com is not a for profit website. As stated on my website I hope it will be there to help newly injured people deal with the mental aspect of the injury and reassure them that this is not an end all injury. The first place I cam to when I got hurt was Misplaced Pages so this is the best place to get my website to the freshly injured. I urge you to allow this link on the ACL injury wiki. If you will not then I understand also. I am sure that ACL Central will be a great resource for injured people. I wish I could have found a site like it to help me deal with the injury. I understand that adding the link to the Sanders Clinic was stepping way out of line and it will not happen again.
Decline reason:
Declining, until you agree not to add your website link to any articles, and you agree to change you user name. Stephen 09:47, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- I don't think you are getting the problem. You weren't blocked because you created a website helping people. You were blocked because you were advertising it here, which is expressly forbidden. I suggest that you read the guidelines on spam and corporations, then create an unblock request wich indicates that you understand what you did wrong, not one that tries to justify how great your site is. You weren't blocked for creating a site, you were blocked for spamming, so without addressing that issue, you will not be unblocked.--Terrillja talk 02:26, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
This user is asking that their block be reviewed:
SmokinCache (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I am getting the problem. It is not allowed. I understand. I have already stated that above. I did not know what I was doing was considered spamming. I have read the entire external links rules. I shall never again try to add an external link to any site that is does not pass all the tests cited in the External links policyNotes:
- In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
- Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=I am getting the problem. It is not allowed. I understand. I have already stated that above. I did not know what I was doing was considered spamming. I have read the entire external links rules. I shall never again try to add an external link to any site that is does not pass all the tests cited in the External links policy |3 = ~~~~}}

with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.
{{unblock reviewed |1=I am getting the problem. It is not allowed. I understand. I have already stated that above. I did not know what I was doing was considered spamming. I have read the entire external links rules.
