CSSThis template uses TemplateStyles:

This template is a copy of WikiProject Geographical coordinates templates. In this case, the template will link all types of astronomical objects to a sky map.

Usage

The template has 8 parameters. The first three are the right ascension (hours, minutes and seconds). The fourth is the declination sign (- for negative and + for positive). The next three parameters are the declination (degrees, minutes and seconds) and the last the distance in light years, used for calculating the zoom. The standard last parameter in constellations is the number 10.

Put this template at the end of astronomical object articles. See examples of usage in Andromeda Galaxy or Proxima Centauri articles.

Example
{{Sky
|00|42|44.30
|+|41|16|10
|2360000
}}

This indicates a position of

Right ascension: 00 42 44.30
Declination: +41° 16′ 10″
Distance: 2,360,000 light years (723,500 parsecs)

Add |display=inline to put it inline: Coordinates: Sky map [http://www.wikisky.org/?ra=0.71230555555556&de=41.269444444444&zoom=7&show_grid=1&show_constellation_lines=1&show_constellation_boundaries=1&show_const_names=1&show_galaxies=1&img_source=IMG_all 00 42 44.30 , +41° 16′ 10 ″]
