Juan Miguel Macapagal Arroyo, known as Mikey Arroyo or Mikey Macapagal Arroyo (born on April 26, 1969 in Manila) is a Filipino actor, owner of Mikey's Bar and Grill, and congressman of 2nd District, Pampanga. He is the first son of First gentleman Mike Arroyo and President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

Recently, investigative journalists have reported that he has failed to report in his annual statement of assets and liabilities a residential property in San Francisco, California. He has vehemently denied this report and stated publicly that this property is not ill-gotten. But in a live broadcast interview in national television, he seemed uneasy and was very evasive in answering the questions regarding his assets. Mikey Arroyo said that a large portion of his wealth came from generous wedding and campaign donors. He declared on national TV ,"You know, first of all, I got married. I received lots of gifts. Then in the election campaign, somehow, many people helped me.” It should be noted that in his congressional district, one of the families capable of donating large amounts of money for a campaign are the Pinedas, who are known to be the biggest operators of jueteng, an illegal lottery game in the Philippines.
