It is generally not a good idea, after you have been blocked for edit-warring, to return to immediately continue the same edit-war: you may very quickly find yourself re-blocked. If this issue is so important to you, you are supposed to ''discuss'' your edits. This project is based on ''consensus'', so go to the ] and discuss, as I did. Oh, but don't bother discussing the "Macedonia" versus "FYROM" issue: that one, as I already told you, has been settled by the community at large. We have a binding guideline that can be enforced by administrators; don't even try struggling against it, because you can't win. Apart from that, I'm still curious to hear why you think Mount Athos is an ethnic group. ] ] 14:34, 26 September 2009 (UTC) |

Edit-warring at Ethnic flag
Thank you for your contributions to Misplaced Pages. Please do not edit-war over the terminology used to refer to Macedonia, as you did at Ethnic flag. Misplaced Pages editors have developed a binding consensus guideline on how to refer to the country, outlined at WP:NCMAC. This is based on the policy of using the most common name generally used in English to refer a country, and/or the name that a country chooses to use for itself, no matter if these names are politically acceptable to third parties (see the naming-conflict guideline). The Arbitration Committee has decided that all edits affecting the Macedonia naming issue are subject to a one-revert restriction: no editor is allowed to undo another editor's action more than once within 24 hours. In cases covered by the binding guideline, editors restoring the consensus version are not subject to this restriction. There is a firm consensus that the abbreviation "FYROM" should not be used to refer to the country.
Thanks! ~~~~

You have violated the three-revert rule. Any administrator may now choose to block your account. In the future, please make an effort to discuss your changes further, instead of edit warring. Please see a report about you at WP:AN3. Fut.Perf. ☼ 14:09, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 12 hours for repeated abuse of editing privileges. Please stop. You are welcome to make useful contributions after the block expires. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text{{unblock|Your reason here}}
