Blocks

Hi, could you take a look at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#3RR blocks overturned - I think we're all getting a bit bewildered. Cheers. Izehar 22:11, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

Oops, I see LV has already told you. Izehar 22:12, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

Thank you!

Tasty Tunnock's tea cakes (a delicacy in the British northeast, I'm told) to say thank you very much for standing in the Esperanza elections, being a great candidate and helping to make Misplaced Pages better for everyone just by existing! ➨ REDVERS

Thank you! :)

Thanks for voting for me in the Esperanza elections. I've been appointed to the Advisory Committee, thanks to your show of confidence in me. I'll do my best to make you proud, but please feel free to ask me for help at any time or to give me tips as to what you would like to do. Thanks for being an active member of Esperanza! I'll see you around. Titoxd 00:55, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

My RfA

Hi Merovingian, now that I'm an administrator, I just wanted to thank you for your support on my RfA. I also love all userboxes on your user page! -- Ricky81682 (talk) 02:33, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Thank you

Thank you for the cucumber! Glad to sort out my diffs. --a.n.o.n.y.m 03:40, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Yes, grazi/shukran/todah/merci/thanks for the cucumber! Much appreciated! Babajobu 04:09, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Thanks

Hello Merovingian,

I wish to thank you for your vote on my RfA. It has passed with a final tally of 59/0/0. If I can ever help with anything or if you have any comments about my actions as an admin, please let me know! KnowledgeOfSelf | talk 03:51, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Quadell's Sham Nomination

There is a growing concensus that Quadell should not become a bureaucrat! You can flip your vote here you know!

By the way, I thought you were a girl in your picture...

Okay :-)

Well, I didn't know...I'll remember next time. :0) --HappyCamper 05:47, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Can you tell me what is special about your username? I'm stumped! --HappyCamper 05:54, 31 December 2005 (UTC)
Well, both actually. :-) I remembered it when I first arrived as a Wikipedian because you had all these colours in it. --HappyCamper 05:57, 31 December 2005 (UTC)
Oh, I see! Well, thanks for that tidbit. If I don't see you tomorrow, have a great New Years! --HappyCamper 06:02, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

on anon privellages

well i know its rare but an anon redirecting a new user to poop or dicks just wouldn't be good.--Urthogie 08:43, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Esperanza Elections

Merovingian

Thanks for voting for me at the Esperanza Elections.

I've made my way into the Advisory Committee, so if you ever need any help or have any queries about the stuff we do, please do not hesitate to ask me. Thanks again, FireFox 12:00, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for your RFA support

Hi Merovingian! I have been on a refreshing wikibreak for the last week, so this is a belated thank-you for supporting my adminship nomination. You've seen enough of these before, so, simply: Happy new year (if that's your kind of thing)! jnothman 18:04, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

a second thanks

Greetings Merovingian,
I wish to offer my gratitude for supporting me on my recent nomination for adminship, which passed with the final tally of 65/4/3. If you would ever desire my assistance in anything, or wish to give me feedback on any actions I take, feel free to let me know. Cheers! RFA vote

May I point out that this move was incorrect, since my vote was in fact to oppose the candidate? It's moot now since I've reconsidered and am now in support, but please don't move votes around. Radiant_>|< 20:52, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks

For restoring the userboxes.

Can you also consider undeleting Misplaced Pages:Userboxes/Religion since it is the home of many of those you restored. IanID:540053 11:08, 3 January 2006 (UTC)

Okay, its back again. :P IanID:540053 11:10, 3 January 2006 (UTC)

Yes, Misplaced Pages:Userboxes/Beliefs and Misplaced Pages:Userboxes/Seasonal also went. - Tony_Sidaway (talk · contribs · blocks · protections · deletions · page moves · rights · RfA) deleted all of the userboxes within them all, and destroyed the pages. Leaving thousands of red links. Rather incivil about it on IRC and did not reply on his talk. IanID:540053 11:17, 3 January 2006 (UTC)

My Request for Adminship

Greetings, Merovingian! I wanted to sincerely thank you for voting in my RfA, which passed with a final result of 55/14/3. Your support means a lot to me! If you have any questions or input regarding my activities, be they adminly or just a "normal" user's, or if you just want to chat about anything at all, feel free to drop me a line. Cheers! —Nightstallion (?) 07:32, 4 January 2006 (UTC)

Neutral RFA votes with no comment

I notice your neutral votes on RFAs, NickCatal's and Jasenlee's specifically, with no comment or description. I don't mean to imply anything, but what is the point? Without any comment on your reasoning, a neutral vote like yours is pretty much useless. Again I don't mean to imply anything bad, I'm just wondering why. Raven4x4x 08:26, 4 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks. Just wondering :) Raven4x4x 12:22, 4 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks

Thank you for your support of my RfA; I appreciate your confidence. Best wishes for a happy new year, Tom Harrison 13:13, 4 January 2006 (UTC)

Baseball on Wikicities

Hi Merovingian, Googie Man here. I found your name on a list of Misplaced Pages baseball fans Jimbo and Angela have made a new webstie called Wikicities. This link in particular will take you to the baseball Wikicity. As you'll see it's similar to Misplaced Pages, but my hope is this will allow baseball fans to do more and different things, like reporting on games, in depth statistics, create mulitple pages for pictures, and whatever else baseball fans care to create. You've done such great work on Misplaced Pages I was hoping you could help me get this baseball Wikicity off the ground. Please let me know what you think either at my talk page, or you can email me at terry@wikia.com. Thanks! Googie Man, 20:38, 3 January 2006.
