Mei Wei - BBQ Meat Company information

I found the page I have input about a new company under 'Bakkwa' category has been deleted. Could you please explain why is it as I cannot see what is the different between my article and other Bakkwa company information under 'Bakkwa' category.

The article was deleted because you did not establish why the company is notable enough for inclusion on Misplaced Pages. Many of the articles also listed under Bakkwa have also been deleted or proposed to be deleted. The difference between the Mei Wei article and the remaining articles is that either the remaining articles provide some indication of notability or have citations from reliable sources about the company. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 18:38, 1 March 2011 (UTC)

Survivor: Redemption Island

The Contestant area which you have contributed to the wikipedia entry on Survivor: Redemption Island, is listed in order of contestants being voted out.

As per my previous message which you did not heed. You have still not removed copyright content either by copying information from other websites and then referencing to them still does not change the fact this will effect CBS' TV show by your content.

I have notified wikipedia and Viacom Amusements (CBS Television). I hope they rip the content off the site as you are ruining the TV show for their fanbase.

Tanya Hamilton article deletion

Hello, I saw that you deleted an article on Tanya Hamilton in February 2010. The Tanya Hamilton I am interested in is an African American director. She had not done much prior to Feb 2010, but she released a new film in 2011. She was nominated for a Black Reel Award for this film: http://en.wikipedia.org/Black_Reel_Award:_Best_Director. Edit Deletion

While I understand my edit involving the IUSD Music Program wa snot backed by immediate citation, the statistics I posted are facts. I am currently looking for the Orange County Music Festival website so that I may attatch a citation that proves that Sierra Vista Middle School has, infact, achieved Unanimous Superior for the past 11 years. Hi Gogo Dodo, I think you erred in deleting the Jesse Heiman page. He is being referred to as "the most ubiquitous actor in Hollywood" by Salon and has appeared in 56 films and television shows. How is that not notable?--The lorax (talk) 21:11, 17 March 2011 (UTC)

Hi, on Samet Atasoy the text described them as a fictional figure rather than a real one, so I'm not sure the deletion description has the correct rationale (I'm not suggesting re-creation as it looked like a complete hoax to me). Thanks Fæ (talk) 18:27, 18 March 2011 (UTC)

It can go either as A7 or G3. While their "character" may be fictional, it is fairly clear that they are the "character" and it is a vanity article (the use of "legendary" and the long list of adjectives). -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 18:33, 18 March 2011 (UTC)

Thanks for the feedback. I thought about speedy-ing blatant hoax myself, but it's always a little tricky to be sure new articles about fictional characters really are un-verifiable rubbish and I've been caught out in past considering unsourced stubs on things like cryptids. Fictional characters would not be speedy-able under hoax or non-notable person deletion (unless it is way out there), but this was clearly a vanity article masquerading as a fictional character. The article was deleted because you did not establish why the group is notable enough for inclusion on Misplaced Pages. The included references either did not mention the group, inferred the group, or was the group's website (which is not a valid reference to establish notability). Please note that the even if those two references stated the group by name (again, they do not), the depth of coverage would be limited. improving: Mizzou hydrogen car team

I am writing in regards to the page for Mizzou hydrogen car team. First off can you userfy the page for me. Second can you give me suggestions for what to include to make it relevant for wikipedia. Would things like setting new records or innovative and new approaches to the construction and technology involved be appropriate enough?

The Mizzou hydrogen has been published in many local newspapers and featured on the local news stations. For example here http://www.connectmidmissouri.com/news/story.aspx?id=591297 is video of a local news broadcast. How do I go about incorporating it into the article. Are stories like these in the news sufficient enough for the "notoriety" requirement?

Abdul Hamid (politician)

Thanks for picking up on the cloned Abdul Hamid article. I only redirected the (now-deleted) article as I did after finding that I couldn't redirect to Abdul Hamid (politician). No idea why I didn't check whether the existing article covered the same topic. Anyway, I was wondering if you could please temporarily send the deleted article (Abdul Hamid (Bangladeshi politician) to my userspace. I'd tidied the referencing in that version and want to do the same in the existing article but I don't want to have to redo it from scratch. I'll have it deleted again as soon as I'm done. Thank you.
