**It seems more likely to me that it's the other way around—behindwoods.com added their logo to the picture. We seem to have a version of the image before the logo was added. Removing those logos would be very difficult, especially the clapperboard; if the uploader removed that clapperboard, he would have had to invent the people standing behind it, and the detail of the building. In addition, the version on Misplaced Pages has a higher resolution. To me it seems almost certain that the image on Misplaced Pages is ''not'' taken from behindwoods.com. If it's a copyright violation, it must have been taken from another site. Or maybe it's not a copyright violation at all—do you have evidence that behindwoods.com didn't take their image from Misplaced Pages? Or that the person who uploaded the image to Misplaced Pages wasn't the same person who uploaded it to behindwoods.com? —] 02:53, 23 May 2006 (UTC) *:It seems more likely to me that it's the other way around—behindwoods.com added their logo to the picture. Right, I agree with the assessment of sequence. Thanks so much for taking the trouble! Now there is a second version on the same page, and that is also a copyvio. Here is a website with both photos. Hence I am revising the report below. Thanx again, ImpuMozhi 14:26, 26 May 2006 (UTC)
