Hey, I left you a note in the edit summary saying something along the lines of "instead of simply reinstating your edit, why don't you try the talk page to gain consensus." I'm not sure if you saw it or not, so I thought I'd contact you here. I've started a thread on the talk page, where I'd invite you to participate. Also, I see that you've already been warned about ], but I would invite you to have a look at ] which has some really helpful advice on how to deal with situations like this. ~] (]) 23:54, 9 September 2013 (UTC)

Patrick Willis

Your edit summary on Patrick Willis called my edit "vandalism". Please remember to assume good faith on Misplaced Pages. I was not intending to vandalize the article. I was trying to avoid weasel words. Calling edits that are not vandalism, vandalism, is not helpful. Kansan (talk) 07:43, 28 August 2010 (UTC)

Replied on your talk page. Canstusdis (talk) 06:47, 11 September 2010 (UTC)

Thanks again. --Canstusdis (talk) 03:51, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

Opposing Texts on Annihilationism

Your continual removal of any annihilationist response to the list of opposing texts on annihilationism is unjustified and unfair. Considering that this is a Misplaced Pages page on annihilationism and that there are traditionalists responses to many of the sections on this page, it is fair and only appropriate that annihilationists have an opportunity to respond to the traditionalist position. Considering that some readers may immediately skip to this section, it is reasonable to have the annihilationist position on these texts briefly mentioned. Sven.ostring (talk) 00:45, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

Friend, this is a wikipedia page, not a justification for your position on annihilationism. Please follow the WP:NPOV and WP:REF guidelines. Thanks. ---Canstusdis (talk) 01:11, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

Necromancy – Dispute Resolution

Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Misplaced Pages:Dispute resolution noticeboard regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is "Necromancy". Thank you. — Apo-kalypso (talk) 05:06, 24 October 2011 (UTC)

Suggestion

Please take this the way I mean it, purely as a kind suggestion from one Misplaced Pages edit to another, with no malice.

I would suggest you read WP:No vested contributors and WP:own

Your edit summary on Wilford Woodruff reads "Reverted. Again, DO NOT change any of my edits until you have addressed the matter on the talk page. Thanks."

Reading the edit history, it's clear that you made and edit and they "modified it", but you didn't like it and want them to "ask" before change it again.

This goes against those policies. Apo-kalypso and 208.81.184.4 were not required to "Ask" you anything before changing your edit, nor are you required to "ask" them before you edit the page yourself. If you find that someone changed something that you don't like be bold and change it back, and then put your justification on the talk page. Then if they undo it again, it they who are wp:Edit warring, not you.--ARTEST4ECHO (/contribs) 21:35, 1 November 2011 (UTC)

WP:LEAD and good article status

I'll start a discussion on Talk:Hermann Fegelein. Thanks. Canstusdis

Note about edit warring; BRD

Hey, I left you a note in the edit summary saying something along the lines of "instead of simply reinstating your edit, why don't you try the talk page to gain consensus." I'm not sure if you saw it or not, so I thought I'd contact you here. I've started a thread on the talk page, where I'd invite you to participate.
