Though it was made clear there, that such personal attacks are prohibited by policy, it seems that BilCat chose to willfully ignore this, and copy the very same juvenile behavior. | |||

I was initially hopeful that would be the end of it, as instead of reverting the warning and 'telling me off', BilCat to the effect that 'he shouldn't have done it', 'it was done in anger' and he 'wouldn't do it again'. I was actually willing to accept that, in lieu of an apology, and leave it at that. Just recently, we had seemingly agreed to disengage from one another. But, along with the personal attack, I see that BilCat is posting comments on that talk pages of some other users that I have had recent disagreements with, in what appears to be an attempt at canvassing, perhaps for for some kind of a contrived, lopsided ANI. | |||
