Complaint at WP:AN about undiscussed moves of Galicia (Eastern Europe)
Hello Smirnoff 80. One of your article moves is being discussed at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard#Request to revert move of Galicia (Eastern Europe). As an administrator I've undone that move and applied protection to prevent it from being moved again. WP:Consensus is needed for moves that can be controversial. You can reply in the noticeboard thread if you wish. I have warned User:Martina Moreau about her own moves of this article; you can see my explanation at User talk:Martina Moreau. I'll also leave you a notice of the discretionary sanctions under WP:ARBEE. Thank you, EdJohnston (talk) 18:16, 18 November 2013 (UTC)
