ok what the hell is wrong with you deleting my draft?????

I did place the

This is not a Misplaced Pages article: It is an individual user's work-in-progress page, and may be incomplete and/or unreliable. For guidance on developing this draft, see Misplaced Pages:So you made a userspace draft

what else do you want?????

what is the name

of the deleted user page? I see no deleted user pages? Dlohcierekim 04:21, 8 January 2014 (UTC)

I see Владимир Андреевич Федоров and Федоров Владимир Андреевич which both look Russian or Ukrainian. If you like, I can restore them and move them to WP:Articles for Creation Dlohcierekim 04:28, 8 January 2014 (UTC)

please stop deleting my pages

This is the deleted page:

https://en.wikipedia.org/search/?title=%D0%92%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B4%D0%B8%D0%BC%D0%B8%D1%80_%D0%90%D0%BD%D0%B4%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%B5%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87_%D0%A4%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B2&action=edit&redlink=1

THis is the second time it happens even though I'm placing the "userspace draft" tag at the top. I start drafting a page and it gets deleted 2 minutes later. I'd appreciate if my pages (or drafts to that matter) would stop being deleted.

not sure

not sure how moving it to WP:Articles for Creation can help me. I'm trying to create a page for my fried who's a legitimate person/professional (a Russian composer, arranger). That's all I need to do. Thing is I'll need to do it in the number of edits (unless you have a sandbox)

I have restored Владимир Андреевич Федоров. It was not in userspace The tag says, "new, unreviewed article". As it is obviously not ready for article space, I've moved it to Misplaced Pages talk:Articles for creation/Владимир Андреевич Федоров where it can remain relatively unmolested. AfC is now the preferred location for article creation. Dlohcierekim 04:39, 8 January 2014 (UTC)
Hmm, If you are creating it "for a friend," you may have a conflict of interest. If in its present state it reenters article space, it will probably be deleted as it meets WP:CSD. It also needs to be in English. I probably laid article requirements on your talk, but to reiterate, see message in yellow below. Dlohcierekim 04:44, 8 January 2014 (UTC)

Thank you for helping to build Misplaced Pages. Please help us by improving this article:

Articles require
significant coverage
in reliable sources
that are independent of the subject.

Significant coverage
We need references that discuss the subject – directly, in detail. Not just passing mentions, directory listings, or any old thing that happens to have the name in it. And we need several references - not just one. These sources show that the subject is notable.
Reliable sources
We need sources generally trusted to tell the truth. Major newspapers. Factual, widely-published books. Or other high-quality mainstream publications which are careful about fact-checking and accuracy. Not: forums, fansites, MySpace, Facebook, or most blogs. Good sources make the text verifiable.
Independent
Nothing written by the subject or paid for by the subject. Not their website. Not a press release. Primary sources aren't enough: we require something independent.

ok...It makes sense about the article be in English. But how is it a Conflict of interests if I'm writing an article about some one ? That does not make any sense.

Doing it as a favor to a friend means you are conflicted between your obligations to the friend and your obligations to Misplaced Pages as an editor. Please see WP:COI. Dlohcierekim 04:53, 8 January 2014 (UTC)
