Emaren19 and iOS 7

Hi GSK my name is As11ley

I have noticed that you recently left a message on my talk page regarding the dispute that I got into with user Emaren19.

I would like to ask did you see the messages that he left me on my talk page? Also did you look at the messages on his talk page?

I feel I have been completely reasonable to user Emaren19, however some of the things that he wrote on my talk page was rather harassing and rude.

I would also like to point out that iOS 7 has received mostly positive reviews, I clearly stated this and asked user Emaren19 to discuss it on the talk page before editing it. However he continued in what I think of as disruptive editing, plus started leaving me harassing and rude messages on my talk page.

Thanks for your time and I hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

He was warned for the messages he left you. He was also warned for coming close to violating 3RR. However, you have already violated 3RR, so I filed a report regarding that. gsk 21:18, 20 February 2014 (UTC)

Thank you, I was unaware that sure rule existed, I did try to get him to discuss it on ] talk page, however he ignored and carried on with what I think of as disruptive editing. Once again thanks for your time and I hope to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Hi Greedo8, I am user As11ley. I haven't reignited the edit war, I have just restored the correct information to Reception in iOS7. I don't see this as reigniting the edit war because the other user has not yet reverted my changes. I am only trying to make the article on iOS 7 as accurate as possible, I am sorry you feel I have reignited the war. If you wish to discuss this with me, or you still feel I have reignited this edit war then please leave me a message on my talk page, (talk). Like I said, I'm not experienced in such things, I'm a simple RC Patroller. That's why I've brought it to the attention of GSK. Seeing as he handled the issue originally, I'm sure he'd be able to explain whether it's a problem or not. Greedo8 (talk) 20:13, 24 February 2014 (UTC)

In any case, the removal/restoration of the information in Reception was the basis of the edit warring, so I have notified Bbb23 accordingly, and restored the information because there is a clear difference between restoring correct information and removing acceptable information with reliable references. I see absolutely no reason why it should not be included. gsk 20:29, 24 February 2014 (UTC)

No, you're right: it wasn't always called World, but I believe the article covers that fairly well and the article's title should reflect the film's title. I could spend time attempting to find a precedent, but I really don't want to. gsk 04:37, 2 March 2014 (UTC)

Windows XP

I explained my undo on the reverters talk page. I thought the edit was arbitary "label and dismiss." I'll stop at two and since it now seems that I'm against two editors with lots of 'hardware,' I won't press the issue. Congratulations on accumulating enough chits to behave arbitrarily. You have my word that I'll drop the issue. If 30% of the world's desktops are unsupported, there's bound to be some reverberation. Eliminating my contribution won't change that. Enjoy.
