Santiago Bilinkis is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and executive, most notable for founding office supply delivery business Officenet in Argentina with Andy Freire.

In late 1996 Bilinkis and Freire came up with the idea for Officenet and convinced four angel investors to help them develop the concept.

The company was acquired by Staples Inc. in 2004.
